No accounts, no tracking

This website does not use accounts, advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and it does not store your data in a database.

Information you send

If you write by email, the message and your email address are used only to arrange and deliver the service.

Please do not send medical, diagnostic or crisis information by email or through the booking tool. Share only what is needed to arrange a first conversation.

Booking and calendar providers

Once an external booking tool is connected, the scheduling page is provided by that external provider (for example Cal.com) and the calendar invitation by an email or calendar provider. In that case the details you enter to book — such as name, email address and chosen time — are processed by those providers under their own privacy terms. Only booking-related details are required.

Reflection questions tool

On the booking page you can optionally describe what you would like to work on to receive AI-generated reflection questions. The text is sent to an AI model provider only to generate the questions; it is not stored on this site and not linked to your booking. Please do not include names, medical, diagnostic or crisis information.

Confidentiality of sessions

What is discussed in sessions is treated as confidential. Notes, if kept, are minimal and stored securely.

Your choices

You may ask at any time what information is held about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted.
