Service

Coaching and psychological skills development for adults, delivered online or in person in Basel by arrangement.

Fees and payment

Individual session: CHF 150 for 60 minutes. Four-session package: CHF 560 (4 × 60 minutes). Sport Psychology Performance Assessment: CHF 400. The introductory call of 20 minutes is free.

These services are private-pay and are not reimbursed by health insurance. Fees are agreed before the first paid session. Invoices are payable as stated on the invoice.

Sport Psychology Performance Assessment

The assessment (CHF 400) is a separate sport psychology service for athletes and includes three individual sessions of 60 minutes, observation of training and competition, selected performance-oriented psychometric questionnaires, triangulation of that information, a written sport-performance report and an individual action plan. The free 20-minute introductory call is optional and is not part of the package.

It is a non-diagnostic sport psychology performance assessment and does not constitute a clinical, medical or psychotherapeutic evaluation. Observation logistics and access to training and competition must be agreed in advance. Travel or venue costs outside the Basel area are not included and are agreed separately. For athletes under 18, prior parent or guardian consent and safeguarding arrangements are required.

Cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session, or missed sessions, may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances such as illness or emergencies.

Scope and responsibility

These services are coaching and psychological skills development. They do not constitute psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical treatment, clinical diagnosis, or crisis care. When a person's needs fall outside the scope of coaching, an appropriate referral will be recommended.

Coaching supports your own decisions; responsibility for those decisions and their outcomes remains with you. No specific result is guaranteed.

Conversations are confidential, within the limits of applicable law.
